echive and REnew Series software includes free unlimited telephone support for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, our customers are encouraged to enroll in the Open Archive Maintenance Program which provides unlimited telephone, fax and email technical support and software updates.

Connectors for eCopy include the first year of maintenance with all new sales. The Open Archive Maintenance Program provides unlimited telephone, fax and email technical support and software updates during the annual period of the contract.

Training
Open Archive wants to ensure that you get the most out of your software investment. We offer web-based and on-site training. Please visit our training page for more information..

Telephone/Fax/Email Support
Please have the following information available before you call for technical support at 603-890-9980:

- Product name and version number
- Description of hardware and/or 3rd party software involved
- The wording of error messages
- Description of how problem was triggered

GTX Support

Many GTX questions can be answered through their informative online technical support area. You will find:

Maintenance Customers: Please call Open Archive Systems at 603-890-9980 or GTX at 800-879-8284.

Non-Maintenance Customers: If you are not a current Maintenance Program customer and require support, contact the GTX Technical Support Team for assistance. There is a form at the GTX site. Non-maintenance support requests are charged a $50 fee per support incident.
