Open Archive Systems provides on-site or web-based training and implementation support for echive and/or Batch REnew Connectors. These services can be tailored to meet specific customer needs and may include:

• Software installation and set-up
• Needs Analysis for document organization, indexing, search, distribution and archiving
• Needs Analysis for image clean up and enhancement
• Design and implementation of database(s)
• Indexing set-up
• End-user and system administrator training

Because of the ease with which echive and Batch REnew Connector solutions can be implemented, training and set-up services are typically only a day in duration. The scope depends on the diversity of the documents, the number of databases to be created, and the number of users to be trained. In most instances, users are capable of setting up new databases and training other users and new employees themselves after initial training and set-up.
