Kyocera Mita America Selects the echive^® Series
from Open Archive Systems for a Document Management Solution

Windham, NH; April 18, 2002 - Kyocera Mita America, one of the world’s leading document imaging companies, invited Open Archive Systems, Inc. to demonstrate the echive^® document management software at this years dealer meeting. The dealer meeting, held in Nashville, TN from April 8 - 10, 2002, included a product fair that allowed vendors by invitation only.

Kyocera Mita America holds an annual meeting and vendor fair for its authorized dealer network. Kyocera Mita is committed to its reseller partners, keeping them current with new product introductions and developments, industry trends, and sales information. Approved third party vendors demonstrate their solutions at the product fair on the second day. Over 800 dealers attended this years event.

Open Archive was the only document management software vendor participating in the 2002 product fair. The echive Series for document management is a proven software solution that supports most file formats and offers sophisticated search, sort, view, redline and print functionality. The echive solution was instrumental in securing a digital scanner upgrade sale for Mac-Durgin Business Systems, an authorized Kyocera Mita dealer.
