How do I Lease

The Process

We make it as easy as possible for you to take advantage of the benefits of leasing your software and services. Some signatures and simple financial data are all that is required. The process is outlined below:

  1. Open Archive gives your purchasing information to the leasing company.
  2. The leasing company will call you to get some basic financial data.
  3. Open Archive will be notified as to the status of the lease by the leasing company
  4. Open Archive ships the software the same day we receive approval from the leasing company and makes arrangements for providing any services.

Basic Information

  • Businesses must be 2+ years old
  • $1,000 minimum lease, no maximum
  • Terms for the lease are a 36 month maximum for a software lease (12 - 60 month leases can be written for hardware)
  • First and last 2 payments are due with documentation for software leases
