The echive Trial download includes:

• echive Organizer is the database component which includes Explorer search, view, print.
• echive Indexer an easy to use tool for adding searchable information to files using index fields and full text indexing. The trial version of Indexer OCR provides 4 index fields and does not include the OCR component for full text OCR and drag and drop OCR. Please contact us if you have any questions at info@openarchive.com
• Two sample databases (one office and one engineering) which demonstrate full text and index field searching, viewing and printing. You can add a limited number of new records to the databases and create new property fields but you can not create a new database.
• echive Quick Start Guide - This walks you through the trial software so you can see the major features of the echive software. You can also take a look at it here - Quick Start Guide- pdf file that opens in a new window) or access it through your Start menu. Select Start | All Programs | echive Series.

The trial version allows you to add documents and index fields to the supplied sample databases, has limited user rights management, and doesn't support CD/DVD publishing and redlining.

The following icons will be placed on your desktop:

An icon for each of the echive components - echive Organizer (includes the Explorer interface)and echive Indexer OCR.

Select Download echive Series if your download does not automatically start.

Purchasing the echive software is as easy as calling or emailing us with credit card information and we will provide authorization codes.
